Rev. Aaron Logan
Rev. Aaron comes to us from First Methodist Sherman where he served as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship. Before FUMC Sherman, Aaron served Aldersgate United Methodist in Carrollton, as Associate Pastor and Youth Minister. Aaron has also served as the Youth Minister and Music Minister at Trinity United Methodist in Denton. Before Aaron accepted his calling to the ministry, he spent several years singing professional opera all over the country and abroad. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, TX, and a Master of Divinity Degree from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University.
Aaron and his wife Amy will be married 22 years in July. They have twin 12-year-old girls named Madelynn and Abigail who will be heading into 8th grade this coming fall. In Aaron’s free time, he enjoys walking his West Highland Terrier, Oscar Logan. According to Aaron, he is a massive Star Wars fan and will talk Star Wars with anyone who will listen!
